Robb La Montagne is senior vice president of Hunt Southwest, a Dallas-based commercial real estate development company, which is focused on industrial development in the Texas market. Since joining Hunt Southwest in mid-2017, Robb has overseen the development of over 6M SF of state-of-the-art distribution facilities in the Texas market.

With over 18 years of experience in architectural and interior design, construction management, and construction cost consulting within a broad range of product types, Robb is responsible for overseeing the company’s development activities with a focus on entitlement, design, and construction management activities as HSW continues to grow its Texas real estate footprint.

Prior to joining Hunt Southwest, Robb served as vice president of construction for Black Creek Group and oversaw all of their construction, and development activities in the central region of the United States. Prior to Black Creek Group, Robb served as the vice president of development and construction at Sealy & Company, a boutique real estate firm. Before joining Sealy, he spent almost four years in KPMG’s tax department analyzing real estate and fixed assets, and he worked with two large architectural firms in the Dallas area, Corgan Associates and Architectural Group International.

Robb graduated from Texas Christian University with a B.S. in design and business. He and his family reside in Dallas.
